Acquisition and analog to digital conversion (USB DAQ) of 4 voltages
The analog input module acquires 4 analog voltage or current channels and it is available for the input ranges: 0-5V, 0-10V and 0-24V as well as a current option with 0-20mA range.
Optionally, the USB Analog Input Modules are also available for the negative input voltages: -5 ~ +5V, -10 ~ 10V and -24 ~ 24V.
- High precision USB DAQ Module
- Typical application: 0-10V and 4-20mA Interfaces
- No Power Supply needed
- Industrial ready Design
- Easy installation
- Compatible with Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi and Beagle Bone
- Drivers and Software
All analog input channels provide signal conditioning and have an accuracy of 0.25% and a resolution of 14 bit.
The modules are typically used in order to measure DC voltages and currents or nearly static signals.
Especially the 0-10V option of the USB Analog Input Module is ideally suited to process signals generated by 0-10V outputs as they are wide-spread in the automation and building sector.
Wind sensors for example generate a 0-10V signal proportional to the wind speed. The USB Analog Input Module can measure this and forward the data to the connected computer.
In order to build a high reliable long distance transmission line, it is recommended to use a 4-20mA interface instead of a voltage signal. The current output option of the USB Analog Output Module generates currents in the range of 4-20mA and eliminates the influence of the line during the transmission. In combination with the 0-20mA input module reliable and interference-free transmission lines can be realized.
All LucidControl are power supplied by USB and do not need additional power supply.
The housing of LucidControl USB DAQ Modules can be directly fit on DIN-rails ready for switch board assembly.
Using industrial standard IO connectors ensures reliable interconnection.
LucidControl USB DAQ Modules are easy to install and start working immediately after set up.
LucidControl provides drivers for all major operating systems. Command line tools and APIs for Windows and Linux are available.
